Most orders are shipped with FedEx. We offer ground, 2 day and overnight service. Servers and workstations are packed in new boxes with a Foam-In-Place packaging system.
For larger orders that require it, we do have freight shipping available as an option. We can get you a freight quote or you can arrange for your own shipping.

Local Pick Up:

When you are ready to check out, select local pickup as your shipping option. Once your order is completed and payment is accepted you will receive an email from us confirming your order. Please allow 24 hours for system sales, we build these to order. If you need your system the same day contact us at 844.444.3345 and we will try to meet your needs. Parts such as processors, memory, hard drives and video cards can be picked up the same day you order them.

Standard Return Policy

Return for refund within: 30 days (Restocking Fee: 20.00% May Apply)
Return for replacement within: 90 days
RMA Policy Return or Replacement Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, or a replacement – subject to the following:

  1. a) Contact The Server Store to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.
  2. b) In order to be eligible for a full refund, less shipping expenses, your returned merchandise must be in its original unopened mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Items removed from their ‘blister-pack’ display packaging do not qualify for a full refund.
  3. c) Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. The remainder of the 90 day warranty is for repair or replacement of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and our RMA Form.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Products with obvious signs of damage.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 1 to 2 days. (Not including weekends or holidays)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the address we provide on your RMA Form.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided on your RMA Form. Do not mail your item back without our RMA Form.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $15, you must ship the item using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. If your item comes in damaged due to shipping we will not provide a refund. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Loss or Risk of Loss

If the Customer provides Core1IT.Com with Customer’s carrier account number or selects a carrier other than a carrier that regularly ships for Core1IT.Com , title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from Core1IT.Com to Customer upon shipment from Core1IT.Com ‘s facility. For all other shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from Core1IT.Com to Customer upon receipt by Customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s) and Customer’s rights therein are contained in the license agreement between such licensor(s) and Customer. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges.


If this transaction involves an export under the U.S. export regulations, the commodities, technology and/or software sold or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale exported from the United States by Core1IT.Com were exported in accordance with such regulations. Diversion, use, export or re-export contrary to United States law is prohibited. The commodities, technology and/or software sold or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale may not be exported or re-exported to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, North Korea or Syria or to entities and persons that are ineligible under United States law to receive United States commodities, technology and/or software. In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported products may vary or may be null and void for products exported outside the United States.

Issue Resolution

You and Core1IT.Com agree to resolve any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase of any product or service from Core1IT.Com by binding Arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, or in a small claims court, and judgment on the arbitration award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered in a court having competent jurisdiction. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted and covers all controversies, disputes, claims arising out or relating to your purchase including, but not limited to contract claims, tort claims and statutory claims, or any combination of claims. We agree that the arbitration or small claim proceeding will take place in Dallas Texas.
